In addition, yellow currants are extremely attractive during flowering, which lasts from late May to early June. During this period, the bush is strewn with fragrant flowers of bright yellow color. Their scent is highly attractive to bees.

By the way, you will also like the cultivation of yellow currants because its delicious berries grow quite large in size. Due to the fact that they are formed not on a bush, but on a "tree", the berries are saturated with sunlight.

It is clear that there are some disadvantages of this shrub. So, it is distinguished by low self-fertility. Therefore, you need to plant several varieties at the same time for cross-lighting. Otherwise, there should be no significant problems, since yellow currants are resistant to pests and various kinds of diseases.
