Rosehip infusion is an excellent remedy that helps to normalize the liver and gastrointestinal tract. Even ancient healers knew the powerful choleretic effect of the fruits of this plant, so it was widely used to normalize the functioning of the gallbladder. This drink has an extremely positive effect on the cardiovascular system, putting in order the blood pressure indicators, strengthening the capillaries and large vessels and improving the blood composition in general. Rosehip, among other things, is a powerful aphrodisiac that stimulates the function of the gonads and significantly improves the quality of all intimate life.

You can list a huge number of ways to prepare such an infusion. Let's consider the simplest one. A tablespoon of thoroughly washed and dried fruits should be poured with two glasses of boiling water (preferably in a thermos) and left overnight so that the drink has time to brew. It is best to take it in pure form, but if you wish, you can add a little sugar, or better, natural honey.

I remember that my grandmother brewed rosehip tea in a separate teapot - it was such a color, rich, bright ... And what a scent!

wonderful tea and at the same time a prophylactic agent. If possible, I try to dry the fruits myself in the summer, then I make seagulls for the whole family.

And we do not collect and do not dry the rose hips ourselves, but prefer to buy at the pharmacy either rosehip syrup, or vitamin teas and various collections with rose hips in the composition.
