The berries are oval-shaped, dark blue, covered with a thin layer of waxy coating. The taste of the berry itself is quite pleasant, with a slight aftertaste. mulberry or under-dried raisins.

When growing buffet grapes on your site, it is worth remembering some of its features. When planting, the bushes are placed at a distance of 3 meters from each other.

Experienced growers know that for these grapes it is better to use a standard fan forging with pruning 5-8 eyes, leaving 40-50 eyes. After the debris, there should be 25-30 shoots per bush.

A huge advantage of this grape variety is its frost resistance... It can withstand temperatures as low as -22 degrees. In some regions of the country, there are such frosts in winter that it is very difficult for any grape variety to survive.

If the wood is damaged, then the incoming water will flow out through these wounds.This process is called “crying” by the growers. By itself, it will stop only with the growth of shoots.

The liquid that runs down the vine can damage the eyes, so it is important to be able to prevent “crying”. Experienced gardeners are advised to prune the bushes before the onset of warm weather and sap flow. In this case, the sections must be made oblique with an inclination from the opposite side of the eye.

Superphosphate is necessary for the formation of inflorescences in the buds, ripening of berries and the accumulation of sugar in them. Ammonium sulfate contributes to better growth and increased productivity of the bush.

When applying fertilizers, it should be borne in mind that if manure was introduced in the fall, then top dressing mineral fertilizers do not do in the spring. In addition to mineral fertilizers, it is advisable to feed grape bushes with organic fertilizers.

As an organo-mineral fertilizer, a mixture of 200 grams of superphosphate, 100 grams of ammonium sulfate and 700 grams of rotted manure or plant compost per bush is perfect.

After applying mineral fertilizers, the soil should be well watered. The soil must be saturated to the depth of the root system. Watered vineyard soil must be kept loose in order to retain moisture longer.
